This particular case details the journey of a woman in her mid-thirties who sought a comprehensive “mommy makeover.” Her primary concerns revolved around aesthetic improvements to her breasts and abdomen, areas often affected by pregnancy and childbirth. Following an in-depth consultation with Dr. Dorafshar, a personalized surgical plan was developed and agreed upon. The patient elected to proceed with a combination of procedures: breast augmentation, 360-degree liposuction, and abdominoplasty.
During a single surgical session, Dr. Dorafshar meticulously performed all three procedures. For the breast augmentation, 265cc Ergonomix Demi Motiva nano-textured breast implants were strategically placed under the muscle (subpectoral) to achieve a natural yet enhanced appearance. Concurrently, 360-degree liposuction was executed to sculpt and contour the body, targeting areas of stubborn fat around the entire torso. This was followed by an abdominoplasty, or “tummy tuck,” which involved the removal of excess skin and fat from the abdomen and the tightening of the abdominal muscles, restoring a firmer, more toned midsection.
The patient’s recovery was remarkably smooth and uneventful, a testament to both the careful surgical technique and the patient’s adherence to post-operative instructions. She expressed immense satisfaction with her transformative results, feeling more confident and comfortable in her new body.
