A young woman presented with concerns regarding the aesthetic appearance of her abdomen, expressing a desire to achieve a more sculpted physique in preparation for the summer bikini season. To address her concerns and help her reach her goals, Dr. Dorafshar performed a comprehensive aesthetic abdominoplasty. This surgical procedure involved tightening the abdominal muscles and removing excess skin and fat from the abdomen, resulting in a smoother and more contoured profile. In addition to the abdominoplasty, a 360-degree liposuction procedure was performed. This circumferential liposuction targeted stubborn fat deposits around the entire torso, further enhancing the waistline and overall body shape. To complement these procedures and fulfill the patient’s desire for a more shapely buttocks, a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) was also performed. This involves the strategic liposuction of fat from areas with excess, followed by the purification and reinjection of this fat into the buttocks to augment volume and improve the overall contour. The combination of these procedures was tailored to provide the patient with a significantly improved abdominal appearance, a more defined waist, and enhanced buttocks, ultimately aiming to give her the best possible beach-ready body.
